The overall objectives of the assignment will be the (Not limited to) - Useful and effective dashboard of the project activities, Promotional content development for SDMGA, Social media promotions of the project activities, introduce a Sophisticated SDMGA project office management system using new technology, Mobile app and website to explore and engage more people with the Project’s success story, Simplifying the tasks of this project, Stored and configure all information of SDMGA projects, Reach more people to involve and utilize with this project through social media promotions, Creating a platform to perform and interaction between admin and skilled people, Making a user-friendly apps and web application with integrations of powerful tools and technology and organization. |

Development firm must meet the following eligibility criteria with documentary proof of compliance:
1. Must be a Bangladeshi firm having valid & up-to-date trade license (2022-2023), TIN certificate, VAT identification number & updated income tax payment/clearance certificate (2021-2022).
2. Must have 08 (Eight) years of general working experience. The year will be counted backward from the date of publication of this notice.
3. Must have at least 2 (Two) completed working experience with government agency in similar kind of project and educational content development comprehensive project experience within last 3 (Three) years, worth of BDT 1.5 Crore in a single work. (Work Orders & Completion Certificate must be submitted as a proof of work).
4. Must have 10 govt. work experience in software design and development.
5. The bidder must have published at least one mobile app in Google Play Store with minimum 1,00,000+ Downloads.
7. The development firm must submit Recent Bank solvency certificate or liquid asset of at least 01 Crore to carry out the project.
8. The development firm must have practical experience of developing & manage at least one (01) large mobile applications development worth BDT 75 Lac in last 03 years with Government agency, must provide Work Orders, Agreement or Completion Certificate. |
