INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
I. Provide technical oversight of a multi-site enterprise level WAN, including planning, implementation/expansion, maintenance, and troubleshooting;
II. Develop and monitor policies for the use of network resources.
III. Provide network support with a variety of operating systems.
IV. Setting up the network security;
V. Maintain network connectivity of all computer workstations.
VI. Maintain servers and associated hardware, applications, services, and settings.
VII. General network support duties including maintenance and troubleshooting of firewall, web filters, switching and Wifi and VoIP systems;
VIII. Prepare and maintain documentation of network configurations and cabling layouts;
IX. Recommend upgrades, patches, and new applications and equipment;
X. Analyze and monitor server security and implement patches and fixes to address potential security holes;
XI. Provide hardware and operating system support for the BBS with Linux, Windows, and storage.
XII. Network automation tools such as Ansible, Chef or Puppet.
XIII. MS outlook mail configure, PST Backup & Repair.
XIV. DNS & Active Directory.

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

Bachelor and Master’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering/ Computer Science/ Electrical and Telecommunication Engineering/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering/ Information Technology from any reputed university.
I. Must have at least Ten (10) years of experience in Network environment and ICT with particular expertise in ICT Project Management, Requirement Analysis and Estimation, IT System Development and Implementation. Must have at least five (05) years of working experience in design, development and implementation of network for government/semi-government/private organizations.
II. Must have Professional Certification: Having CCNA MTCNA, CEH, ISO-27001, Fortinetand Azure administrator or equivalent professional vendor certificate. Professional Certification: Having Paloalto, ITIL & CISA will be given preference.
III. 10 years of working experience in the ICT sector, out of which five (5) years of experience in cloud infrastructure/Cloud based Software deployment & integration
IV. It is necessary to have prior experience dealing with software and networking-related system architecture components.
V. Comprehensive understanding of VMware, Azure and other leading cloud technologies.
VI. Having knowledge of the Linux OS command line Observability (Application Performance Monitoring), Containers, IT Operations & Production Systems Management, Automation, Configuration management (Infrastructure as a Service-IaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Tools as a Service (TaaS) etc.
VII. Minimum 01 (One) year experience in Census/Survey as Network Administrator/ Network Engineer/ System Engineer will be given preference. |

A Contract will be signed with the selected Candidate as per PPA 2006 & PPR 2008. Remuneration will be Paid in local currency Payment Will be made at the end of every month from the commencement with the condition of satisfactory Performance report.
