1. Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required: Experience, skills and educational qualification: The specialist shall have (i) Minimum ten (10) years working experience in Public Procurement work experience in relevant field, (ii) Work experience in donor/IDA/ADB/other funded/development project in procurement activities will be given preference, (iii) Should have experience in preparation of tender documents and request for proposals for procurements of Goods, Works and Services as well as evaluation, (iv) Should have knowledge of Government e-Nothi system, and (v) Applicats having knowledge in e-Government Procurement (e-GP) system will have an added advantage |

14. Other details: specialist shall have (i) Master’s degree in any field. PhD or master’s degree in relevant field will be given preference (ii) Applicants having international accreditation or certification (i.e, CIPS diplomas, PMP, PRINCE2 etc.) will be given preference.
The Individual Procurement Consultant will be recruited on individual basis and the main objective of the consulting service (the Service) is lead the PMU (DAE) to ensure carry out procurement (Goods, Works and Service) related activities of the project. Procurement Consultant work on the Project Management Unit (PMU), DAE. The consulting service will require 30 month (intermittent) within the project period.
