INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Closely work with Team Leader;
• Analysis and prepare system requirements for Training Database (TDB) set by IPF;
• Prepare & configure hosting server and network equipment at BCC & IPF premises for training database;
• Developing/Programming of the user interface of training database or modification of existing modules using dot net platform (or other platform as specified by the Authority);
• Perform necessary development work to implement Training Database interfaces with other GoB systems;
• Perform unit testing and prepare test results;
• Help to design the additional modules for Training Database in a manner of maximizes performance, flexibility, scalability, extendibility, and multitenancy of the system for future expansion;
• Support for data validation and cleaning;
• Provide support for implementation of Training database rollout;
• Provide support for any operational issue raised in Training Database;
• Submit monthly work plan before beginning of each month and work progress after completion of every month to the DG, IPF and PEC; and
• Any other relevant task assigned by the authority.
Deliverables: System requirement document, system design document, technical manual, user manual, programming source code including database. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
• Minimum Educational Qualifications: Graduation in any discipline from any reputed university, preferably in Engineering; or CSE/CIS/CS/EEE;
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in software development, experience with government financial management system will be given preference |
