| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

• Must have valid and up-to-date Trade license/Register of joint stock & companies (RJSC) registration, VAT, TIN certificate, Updated TAX payment certificate.
• Should have minimum 10 (ten) years experiences in ICT business as a registered company/entity in Bangladesh.
• Firm must-have design, development and maintenance experience of payment aggregator or payment gateway or FinTech system. (Please provide work order/contract).
• Firm must have 3 (three) work orders/contract agreements worth 5 (five) crores or above in a single contract in the last 3 (three) years with Govt sector. (Please provide work order/contract).
• Should have Experience in managing at least 5 (five) large-scale citizen-centric government applications. (Please provide e work order/contract).
• The firm should have a minimum average annual turnover minimum Taka 10 (Ten) Crore for the last 3 (three) years. (Please provide necessary documents)
• The firm must have proof of average minimum BDT 2 core working capital/liquid assets in the last 2 years please submit the necessary documents
• Multiple companies having technical and legal competency for developing such products can submit jointly but they must have a legal agreement among them where one company needs to be lead. The lead company needs to fulfill all conditions mentioned in this ToR.
