| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
• Master or post-graduate degree in leadership, management, public finance, economics, commerce, accounting, or any other related discipline
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience as an administrator, facilitator, coach, management consultant etc.
• Strong facilitation, change management, and communication skills – empathy, knowledge of group dynamics, managing conversations, conflict.
• Willing to acquire new skills [on-the-job training will be provided by seasoned coaches to improve the facilitation skills of the incumbent]
• Knowledge of tools used to help people apply new approaches in their way of working, and experience with change management and capacity development
• Natural results orientation and drive to get things done
• Analytically strong with adequate attention to the detail
• Experience with project management results chains, results-based management. Experience with Rapid Results Initiatives, stakeholder mapping and/or forcefield analysis (https://www.ifm.eng.cam.ac.uk/research/dstools/force-field-analysis/)is desirable.
• Prior experience working with the Bangladesh government is an advantage. |
