| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

Master's degree in Public Finance/ Economics/ Accounting/ Public Policy/ Public Administration/ International Relations/ Management/Law or related disciplines. Applicants must have 15 years of work experience in civil service with at least 03 years of experience in dealing with Public Financial Management. Experience may be relaxed in case of highly qualified and skilled candidates.
