From the 1st day fo handing over the site, the Service provider will start Overweight Penalties collection and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of Existing software based Computerized Weigh Scale (SSWIM & HSWIM) system .The service provider will start Overweight Penalties collection and Operation & Maintenance (O& M)of newly Upgraded web-based Computerized Weigh Scale (SSWIM & HSWIM) system and continue to perform the defined job for 3 yesrs fromfthe beginning and any subsequent renewal period therof. Collected Penalties will be deposited to Government fund and NBR by engaging any Schedule Bank Having experience of at least 10 years as third party.The Service Charge or any other Claims by third party shall be borne by the Service Provider. |
