| Brief Description of Assignment |

1. Service Management Specialist (G2P):
• Prepared work plan on G2P Digital Platform to ensure targeted achievement
• Conducted 1 needs assessment of the stakeholders on the payment mechanism
• Provided technical support to manage and enhance existing system
• Identified challenges and opportunities of the existing system
• Support to prepare results management framework for the project
• Developed the integration planning of agencies on G2P Digital Platform
• Provided technical guidance to support for maintaining bank accounts with billers and other financial service providers
• Arrange capacity development training for electronic payments
• Ensured the engagement of the partners on electronic payments
• Ensured effective promotion of the G2P platform on news and media
• Facilitated knowledge management and sharing to increase the visibility of the programme
• Ensured timely implementation of the program activities
2. Industry Partnership Development Expert:
• Submitted a report of Inception by analyzing the Stakeholders and scopes of work
• Develop different agreement template like – MoU, NDA, SLA etc.
• Sign number of MoU, NDA and others legal agreement to establish the partnership
• Arrange and conduct different workshop, seminar and meetings with stakeholders and submit a report on those events.
• Identify and prepare a scope of work documents on skills development for working with industry and academia.
• Submitted a report on the partnership development and its outcomes on job creation.

1. Service Management Specialist (G2P)
I. Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Public Administration / Development Studies / Business Administration/Sociology/Psychology/Anthropology or equivalent degree.
II. Experience:
• 2 years’ relevant work experience with overall 5 years experiences in national or international organization.
• 1 Year Experience in field level project Implementation.
• Should have the understanding of financial inclusion and digital financial service
• Working experience on Banking and Financial Service would be given preferences;
2. Industry Partnership Development Expert:
I. Academic Qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Psychology/Social welfare/ Economics or any other relevant subject
II. Experience:
• At least 5 years relevant working experience with local or international organizations
• 3 years’ experience in industrial partnership development arena.
• Working experience in e-Governance/ICT will be added value.

Aspire to Innovate Programme invites the interested eligible Applicants to indicate their interest in providing the services in accordance with the Terms of References (ToR) provided in RFA. This shall require confirmation through submission of CV and other documents described in the Request for Application (RFA).
Expression of interest shall be submitted by 11:45 am (BST) on 1 February 2023 via email (recruitment@a2i.gov.bd) or hardcopy.

Consultant will be selected following PPA-2006 and PPR-2008. It is expected that the services will commence from March 2023.
