INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |

UX Consultant will work under the project Director and the Deputy Project Director for such task as he/she may be assigned but will be responsible for the following:
1. Shall work with Project contractor, local software vendor and internal development team
2. Participate in the defining and design of the overall feel of the experiences in consideration of web standards to be developed by vendor or by technology team itself.
3. Provide overall design assets for screens, landing pages, emails, etc. that user interacts and ensure that the UI visually and strongly communicates the desired user interaction.
4. Illustrate user flows using wire framing and low fidelity prototypes for requirements gathering; build rapid prototypes for usability testing
5. Provide a holistic view for all online experiences to make them consistent, scalable, easy to deploy, and easy to re-use in other contexts.
6. Conduct user research, usability, and perform online surveys from time to time to inform existing and new designs.
7. Help the software vendors and project contractors to interpret and understand user feedback and provide input for design decisions.

Candidates meeting the following requirements are encouraged to apply:
? At least a Bachelor’s degree in related discipline from a recognized university.
? 10+ years’ experience in efficient and effective UI/UX design for Web-based Data capture and publication
? Excellent knowledge in accessibility standards such as web 2.0
? Excellent JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 skills
? Ability to scope the time and effort needed to complete technical specifications.
? Proven ability to produce cross-browser compatible code
? Must have experience in front end technologies such as modern JS framework ( ReactJs, VueJs, AngularJs) and CSS framework (BootStrap, Foundation, SaSS, SCSS, LESS)
? Knowledge in wireframe tools like Figma, Wireframe, InVision, Adobe XD
? Depth knowledge in design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
? Design portfolio will get preference
? CSE graduate will get preference
? Experience in user research, interaction design, layout design and visual design
? Maximum age limit 45 years
