???????? (Octarin) is an ultimate story-based horror survival game that will help you enjoy a beautiful and scary horror game experience. It’s a single player offline game. Playing horror games activates our fight-or-flee response which gives us a rush of adrenaline. The objective of this game is to fight against the enemy, defeat them, complete the following tasks, and level up. Initially, there are Ten exciting levels in this game. Players need to complete the assignment of the previous level to level up. |

Company that submits tender shall be evaluated using, but not limited to, the following minimum criteria which the company must provide documentary proof of compliance:
1. Must be a Bangladeshi firm having up-to-date valid Trade License, TIN and VAT registration certificate and Tax payment/clearance certificate of the previous year.
2. Must have 05 (Five) years of similar working experience. The year will be counted backward from the date of publication of this notice.
3. Must have at least 1 (One) working experience with similar Mobile and Computer game within last 3 (three) years (relevant experience documents must be submitted with the EOI).
4. At least 1 (one) mobile apps development and maintenance experience within last 2 (two) years.
7. Needs to have 10 (Ten) full time experienced human resources to carry out this project (List and CV of the HR must be submitted with EOI).
8. The bidder must submit Bank solvency certificate to carry out the project.
9. Multiple Companies having technical and legal competency for developing such product can bid jointly but they must have legal agreement among them & letter of intention where one company needs to be prime bidder. accordance of the PPR¬2008 All bidder must be local.
10. The firm will be allowed to take one firm as a "joint-venture". The firm must declare one firm in this association as the "Lead firm" & others are Associate.
