| Brief Description of Assignment |

Selection of Consulting Firm to Implement ICT Based Centralized Store Inventory Management System In BREB/PBS under own fund of 80 PBS.
The main objectives of the Programme:
1) To develop and implement ICT Based Centralized Store Inventory Management System in
BREB/PBS
2) To Migrate and Integrate the existing system.
3) To ensure security of the Centralized Store Inventory Management System.
The consulting firm will be responsible for the flowing service mentioned below but not limited to:
1) Review of existing Store Inventory Management Systems .
2) Need analysis for ICT infrastructure based on recently procured hardware and network devices.
3) Development and implementation of web based Centralized Store Inventory Management
software for BREB, PBS’s and Warehouses.
4) Migration and Integration of existing system.
5) Hardware and network infrastructure development based on Need analysis.
6) Supply of Licensed Oracle RDBMS 12c/higher.
7) Maintenance of the Centralized Store Inventory Management System.
8) Training.

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
1. They should have at least 05 years of experience in Store Management System development and at
least one successfully project related to software development also should have a full-fledged staff
set-up that will be capable of doing the work.
2. The firm must have financial capability to handle the services of the similar activities and yearly
turn over is at least 25 lacs in last 05 (Five) years.
3. The Bangladesh Rural Electrification Board (REB) now invites expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible Consulting firm/ consortium (National) for above mentioned Packages under Selection of Consulting Firm to Implement of ICT Based Centralized Store Inventory Management System in BREB/PBS to indicate their interests in providing the services. The following criteria will be followed for short-listing.
a) Establishment of the firm
b) Qualification of the firm
c) Availability of the key staff
d) Physical resources
e) Experience in software development
f) Overall experience
g) Specific experience
The Consulting firm may participate in the form of association/ consortium/ JV. |

The expression of interest (EOI) of Package must be submitted separately in three sets (one original set and two set of photocopy) in hard copy on or before the specified date & time to the office of undersigned, and be clearly marked “Request for expressions of Interest” (EOI) mentioning the Package number. The proposals (applications) will be opened on 04/01/2023 at 3:00 PM Bangladesh local time in presence of the representatives of the EOI applicant (if any). The firm will be short-listed in accordance with the "Public Procurement Regulation (PPR)-2008.
