| Brief Description of Assignment |

The Consulting Services will be carried out with Climate-Resilient detail infrastructural Engineering design including specifications & construction drawings, supervision of construction works, Screening and Technical & Environmental auditing of selected subprojects including preparation of EIA,SIA,EMP updating & implementation of selected Subproject Information Management System-Smart(SiMS-Smart), assist in formation of WMOs, its capacity building & involve them in PSM. | Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The qualifications and experiences for short listing are: (i) General Experience of the Firm in providing services (core business and years in business) (ii) Experience in similar projects of compatible size, complexity and technical specialty in the required area: Design & Construction Supervision Consultancy services with Subproject Inventory & Mapping ,Environmental Screening & Auditing, PSM and related activities (iii) Experience in development partners funded National/ Regional Water Resources Management Projects. Supporting documents in support of the above-mentioned criteria are needed such as (i) The Firms Incorporation/Trade/Registration documents from the country of the Firm (ii) Firms brochures (iii) description of similar consultancy contracts, including the scope, contract amount, name of client, period of the contract (date of contract signing to date of completion), location/country of the services, (iv) Support services of the firm etc. Key Experts will not be evaluated at the short listing stage. |
