Consultancy services for Feasibility Study of Construction of Multi Storied Iconic BPC Office Building with Design, Drawing, Detailed Engineering including supervision of Construction and different components of the project.The project consists of Construction of Iconic Multi Storied BPC Office Building Including but not limited to Civil work, Pump House, Approaches, Electrification including Procurement and Commissioning of Generator, Internal & external Electrification, sub-station, Distribution network, Mechanical work, Plumbing work, Dranage, Waste and Rain Water harvesting System, Security System, Vehicle Parking Shed, Solar System etc as per standard Specification. The Consultancy services also include: surveying, soil investigations, estimates, preparation of DPP & Tender Documents, Site Plan, Supervision & Monitoring of the works, SIA, IEE, EIA & relevant approval from concern Authories as required. Land area 1.19 acres & the work site is located at Bakolia Mouza BS Dag No-01, Khotian No-6682 & 6683, Bandar Thana, Chattogram. |

The EOI would be evaluated on the basis of the following information of the applicant firm (i) Copies of registration certificates, upto date TIN & VAT, registration certificates (ii) Experience in Feasibility study for design & supervision of Minimum 02 nos of Multi storied building (9 or above storied + 1 basement) in Govt/semi-Govt/Autonomus bodies/ financial institutions and private sectors in Bangladesh during last 07 years (iii) Annual Turnover(Last Five Years) (iv) Best Three Years Financial Report within last five years(Balance Sheet, Cash flow & Income Statement) (v) Support service of the consulting firms (vi) Availability of key professional staff with the experience of similar works / assignments. |
