| Brief Description of Assignment |

Training and Communication Expert will have the overall technical, administrative and management responsibilities and will manage the day-to-day project activities under the guidance of the Project Director, Community Mobilization and Livelihood Expert will work as a member of the PIU, CSAWMP-DoF to support implementation the Project successfully under the Direct Control and the Supervision of the Project Director, It will address or support the project implementation, compliance with Minimum Conditions, grant administration, assisting in supervision of project activities, financial management and reporting, preparation of IUFRs/ for the World Bank, regular and comprehensive monitoring of preparation of progress reports,. CSAWMP-DoF/SD-01/A: Training and Communication Expert : The Training and Communication Expert will have Minimum Master Degree in any discipline of agricultural science or related field. PhD in field of Fisheries and aquaculture or in a related field will be given preference. Minimum 20 years of work experience in Agricultural Research/ Agricultural Extension/ Training & Communication and extension or other relevant fisheries/ agricultural related positions with demonstrated leadership and managerial skill of leading a team,
Must have minimum 5 years work experience in planning, organizing & managing training and communication activities, workshop, etc in any Government/research/ extension/international organization or any donor organization. Minimum 3 years work experience in donor/IDA funded/development projects. High level of proficiency in written and spoken English and report writing ability.
Advance Computer literacy skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS, etc.) is essential.
CSAWMP-DoF/SD-01/B: Community Mobilization and Livelihood Expert: The Community mobilization and Livelihood expert will have minimum Master Degree in Agricultural Science/Social Science (Sociology, Anthropology)/ Fisheries/ Development Studies/Related Science Minimum 15 years work experience in social or related activities in donor/GOB-assisted agricultural development project or activities; Minimum 05 years work experience with livelihood, Alternative Income Generating (AID) activities in donor funded project is essential, Experience in the relevant field with IDA funded project will be given preference. Fluency in English & Computer literacy skills (MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) is desirable.
CSAWMP-DoF/SD-01/E: Financial Expert : The Financial Expert will have Minimum M. Com/MBA major in Accounting or Finance, Associate or member of a Professional Accountancy Organization (PAO) (CA/ACCA/CMA etc.) recognized by the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) will be an advantage. Minimum 10 years of proven experience in financial management. Experience in establishing financial management systems and setting-up and/or managing accounting systems. Experience in auditing and/or in operating grants/credit systems is desirable. Candidates having experience in IDA/Development partner funded project will get preference. Professional training on Public Procurement and e-Gp will be an advantage. Working experience in government budget and financing system (iBas++) will be preferred; Fluency in English language, good communications skills. Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, accounting software etc) is must. |
