• Reputed event management and related Firms/Company/organizations with overall minimum 08 (Eight) years of experience in organizing events, seminars, cultural events (indoor/outdoor) and related services or supplies as prime contractor
• The Firm must have a minimum experience of arranging at least 01 (One) national/international VVIP/VIP events within last 03 (Three) years, each with a value of at least BDT 01 (One) crore only.
• The firm must have BDT 1.20 crore amounts of liquid assets, i.e., or credit line(s) (As Prescribed Format).
• The Tenderers having the experience of arranging divisional event/fair will get preferences.
• The firm should have valid up-to date- trade license, Tax clearance certificate, Certificate of Incorporation, BIN registration certificate and Bank Solvency certificate and related legal documents.
