| Brief Description of Assignment |

The Information and Communication Technology Division has taken some remarkable initiatives/projects in ICT infrastructure& connectivity establishment, Human Resource development, Industry Promotion and e-Government implementation. Learning and Earning Development Project is a significant initiative taken by ICT Division to provide free training in different freelancing skills with the purpose to create opportunities for potential youth of the country. It provides a comprehensive guide about various money-making opportunities available on the internet. Training is provided on – Digital marketing, Graphics Design, and Web Design and Development. The training of 40,000 participants on professional outsourcing has been completed. The aim of these job fair to help develop freelancers and enhance their connections with other freelancers and companies. Provide match making opportunities, seminars, mentorship zones and organize talks for people to know the latest trends of their industry and how to brand themselves. The fair will be organized in 8 divisions of the country. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
At least 5 years’ experience in the field of media planning, national fair, advertising, negotiation and event execution.
Updated trade license.
Income tax clearance certificate.
VAT registration certificate.
Similar nature single work order of amount 50 lacs in last 3 years
Experience of conducting countrywide minimum 10 fairs in a single work order
Experience of conducting government event management work for 3 days long fair in a single work order
Experience of completing sponsor based government event management of amount 50 lacks in a single work order
In-house capability and availability of logistics and other resources (office setup, staffs etc)
Must have liquid asset/credit facility of amount minimum TK. 50 lacks |
