| Brief Description of Assignment |

The Procurement of the Consultancy Services for the Project “Construction of PBS Head Quarter : a 3-Storied Office Building-cum-Warehouse of 5-Storied foundation (Total approx.. 900.00 sqm. Floor Area) at Bagerhat, Khulna”.
The Assignment will include following Scope of Services :
i. To prepare Architectural and Engineering design/drawings/documents and detail Cost Estimates
with Bill of Quantity (BOQ).
ii. To provide Construction Supervision Services . |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
i. Minimum seven (07) years of working experience related to Design, Documentation and Construction Management of building project.
ii. Updated valid Registration from the Concern Authorities.
iii. Updated Trade License, IT and VAT Registration.
iv. Turnover for last three years.
v. The Consulting Firm has to give the list of office/survey/drawing equipment and logistics of the
firm to assess the capacity of the Firm whether they are self-sufficient with equipment and logistics.
vi. The Consulting Firm has to give a clear picture about the organization and support stuff to assess
the organizational capacity.
vii. The Consulting Firm has to submit a work plan, phasing of works in relation to the preparation of
plan, design, documents and construction management. |
