| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

EOI is invited from eligible international consulting firms/organizations/institutions in single or in the form of Joint Venture, or association/JVCA, which has required expertise and experience in the above-mentioned areas. The firm would have:
(i) Relevant overseas experience of similar development projects for infrastructure subprojects in developing countries, preferably urban subprojects in Asia Pacific and South Asia;
(ii) Experience with solid waste management, including planning, designing and implementation of municipal solid waste landfill.
(iii) Experience with water supply management, including planning, designing and implementation of production tube well, water supply network and distribution pipelines
(iv) Experience with township development, including planning, designing and implementation of facilities related to township.
(v) Experience with capacity development of government organizations.
(vi) Experience with Japanese ODA loan project. |

EOI should include the following information:
i) Submission Letter of EOI (Form-1)
ii) Company profile (Form-2A);
iii) Agreement of Joint Venture, or association/JVCA, if applicable (Form-2B)
iv) General experiences of the firm with comparable size and condition (Form-3)
v) Related experiences of the firm, similar assignments in projects of comparable size, condition and technical specification (Form-4);
vi) Availability of appropriate Experts with one CV for each position attached (Form-5); and
vii) Financial information (Form-6).
Draft TOR, Outline of the project and Forms of Expression of Interest are posted on the websites of https://oldweb.lged.gov.bd/UnitPublication.aspx?UnitID=9, and hard copy of the same is available from the office in the address given hereunder. REOI notice is also available at www.cptu.gov.bd.
Two (2) signed copies (one original and one copy) of EOI shall be submitted in a sealed envelope through post, Registered post, or delivered by hand, subscribing "Design Supervision and Management Consulting Services" for Southern Chattogram Regional Development Project (SCRDP)" on top of the envelope to the following address.
