INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
A. Design-Drawing Phase:
i. Digital survey, sub-soil investigation, Master plan, landscaping with bird’s eye view for individual building/infrastructure as per requirement.
ii. Preparation of architectural plan and elevation with detailed working drawings and 3D renderings.
iii. Preparation of Civil works structural & working drawing with plumbing, Sanitary, Electric, ICT & Fire fighting and any other drawing related to the construction of the building.
iv. Preparing cost estimation, schedule of item & Bill of Quantities (BOQ) etc.
v. Revisions may be made as per comments provided by PE/PD.
B. Project Implementation Phase:
i. To provide a full time Site Engineer & Supervisor in location to monitor the construction works & ensure the conformity to quality control as per schedule & instruction of Engineer-In-Charge.
ii. Must undertake necessary modification on design during implementation of project, if necessary, or as per recommendation by PE/PD.
iii. Have to submit monthly progress report with Gantt Chart. |

The EOIs would be short listed on the basis of the following:
a) Experience (General, Similar On-going works, Similar completed works, Other on-going works & Other
completed works).
(b) Technical personnel (Total Nos, Maximum qualification, experience of senior most in respect of senior planner, Planner, Architect, Structural Engineer, Civil Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mech Engineer, Plumbing Engineer, Diploma-in-Engineer (Civil), Surveyor.
(c) Registration of Firm, up to date Trade license, Income Tax certificate, VAT Certificate, Bank certificate,
Audit report, Turnover Affidavit/Article of incorporation/Article of Memorandum (if applicable).
d) Office establishment (Own premises, Transport and Office equipment )
e) Any other points as deemed necessary by PE/PD
Interested firm are requested to provide necessary information & proven documents which indicate that they are experienced & qualified to perform the services (Brochures, list & CV of staff & key personnel, Evidence of permanent & registered office address and index sheet showing above mentioned criteria's. |
