The minimum qualifications and experiences:
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT business as a registred company/entity. (Please provide work completion certificates to prove the experiences along with certificate of incorporation (if applicable).
2. Must have valid and up-to-date Trade license (2021-2022), TIN certificate, VAT Identification Number, Updated Income Tax Payment Certificate.
3. Must have experience of successful implementation of Data-Driven System Development (Data Warehouse/ ETL/ Data Acquisition/ Data Visualization) in the last 5 years. (Please provide a work completion certificate along with copy of contract.).
4. Minimum 1 successful implementation of a project with the Government of Bangladesh or any development partner in the last 5 years. (Please provide work completion certificates along with copy of contract and URL).
5. Must have minimum average annual turnover of BDT 1.20 crore in the last 2 years. Please submit last 2 years audited financial statements (if applicable).
6. Must have minimum liquid asset of BDT 70 lac in last 2 years in form of credit line or working capital. Please submit last 2 years audited financial statements (if applicable)
7. Need to submit available human resource list ( Project Manager, Solution Architect, Sr. Software Engineer, Software Engineer, User Interface Designer, Data Scientist, Documentation Expert, Quality Assurance Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, System Analyst and Designer, Security Engineer, Data Visualization Expert, Mobile Application Developer - Android, Mobile Application Developer - IOS, Database Administrator, DevOps Expert, Support Engineer)
8. Must submit ongoing relevant contracts carried out by the firm. (Please submit copy of contract, letter of invitation (LoI) and URL)
Aspire to Innovate Programme now invites eligible Applicants/firms to indicate the interest in providing the services. Interested Consultants/firms are invited to provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services. A shortlist of consultants will be prepared upon evaluation of EoIs of the eligible applicants and “Request for Proposal” document will be issued in their favor.
Total duration of the contract is 20 (Twenty) months.
