Appointment of consultant for construction of 15 Storey Hospital Building with 15 storied foundation for modernization of Combinaed Militaru Hospital (CMH) at BNS Patenga, Chattogram for service mentioned below:
a. Preparation of Design and Drawings both architectural and structural including 3D design of building Submission of Estimate and Prced bills of quantities with detail specification including plumbing & sanitary system, Sewrage & sewage disposal , internal water supply, Internal electric supply. Lightning conductor, etc. complete.
b. Preparation of Design and Submission of Drawing of Air conditioning system, Medical gas supply system, External electric supply, External water supply, Fire Fighting system , Road, Drain etc. including Estimate, Priced bills of quantitiesWith detail specification complete.
c. C) Medical waste Management .
d. Top supervision of the Project works.
e. D) Preparation and Submission of As Built Drawings.
