| Brief Description of Assignment |

The proposed scope of services of the Owner’s Engineering Services for Sreepur 150 (±10%) MW HFO Based Power Plant Project will be as below:
1. Review of Basic Design and Contract Document.
2. Review of Details Design and Drawing Documents.
3. Construction Management Activities:
a) Work Planning and Schedule Control
b) Project Administration
c) Quality Assurance Management
4. Site Supervision and Field Services
5. Post Landing Inspection Witness
6. Site Safety & Environmental Friendly
7. Commissioning, Completion and Guarantee Performance Tests
8. Punch list
9. Others

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

1. Application has been invited from the competent consulting firm[s] who have Experience in 100 MW (or above) Power Plant Construction Project.
2. The firm may associate with other firm[s] in undertaking this assignment but no firm should form association with more than one group.
3. Applicants should have competent/qualified manpower mentioned in the Terms of Reference (TOR).

1. Consultants may associate with other firms in the form of a joint venture or a sub-consultancy to enhance their qualifications. Consultant will clearly mention the form of the association in the EOI, i.e. joint venture or sub- consultancy.
2. Detailed scope of work will be available in the TOR which can be downloaded from the website of B-R Powergen Ltd. (www.brpowergen.gov.bd) after the date of publishing of EOI.
3. Expression of Interest (EOI) shall be submitted in three hard copies (1 original & 2 photocopies).
4. Evaluation criteria:
Interested Consulting firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services. The EOI’s will be evaluated on the basis of the following criteria:
• Age of firm
• Availability of key professionals
• Experience of the firm in similar task
• Experience of the firm in other works
• Resources & Support services of the firm
While indicating information relating to experience of the firm in similar task, it shall be made clear whether responsibility of the firm was in capacity of a principal firm (lead partner) or as an associated firm (sub-consultant/JV partner).
