| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
1.Procurement Specialist (Consultant): 1.To prepare standard Expression of Interest (EOI), Request for Proposal (RFP) for procuring national and international consultants in required fields.
2.To prepare Standard Tendered Document for Procuring goods/works/services.
3.To check and verify tender documents including technical specification prepared by consultants/project authority for procuring goods, works & services in light with prevailing Rules and Regulations.
4.To assist evaluation committee if needed and to prepare draft contract document for procuring goods, works and services.
5.To assist acceptance committee by certifying that works/goods/services under the contract is completed as per approved specifications and terms & conditions of contract and to suggest project authority regarding payment.
6. Any Other Related works and Services as per instruction of Project Authority. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
Procurement Specialist (Consultant): 1. At least Master Degree in any Subject/B.Sc. Engineering Degree.
2. At least 10 years general experience in Public Procurement.
3. At least 07 years specific experience in detail consultancy in procurement. Experience in International Procurement will be an additional advantage.
4. Clear knowledge in PPA 2006 & PPR2008.
5. Experience in preparing at least 5(five) International Tender Documents.
6. Should have Computer Skills and proficiency in English & Bangla language |
