| Brief Description of Assignment |

The study objective is to identify the “Feasibility Study Project for construction/re-construction of MCWC, s to 30 bed Mother and Child Hospital (with provision expanding to 50 bed) under DGFP at 64 districts.
Specific objectives of the study are:
?To assess the need for implementing the project.
?To analyze the environmental and disaster rescue perspective of the project.
?To make recommendations on construction/reconstruction of 30 bedded (with provision of expanding to 50 bed) Mother and Child Hospital at 64 districts.
?To prepare the feasibility study report of the project based on the specific format circulated by NEC-ECNEC Wing of Planning Division (No. 20.00.0000.411.14.053.20-34, Dated: 31.01.2021.)
Terms of references (TOR) can be collected from the under signed office during office hour. |

For Shortlisting of EOI the interested applicants (Consulting Firm/Research Institutes) shall have to submit the following documents:
i.Minimum eligibility criteria of the Firm: The Firm will have all legal papers e.g.
a)Updated trade license;
b)Latest Tax Clearance Certificate;
c)Updated on line VAT registration Certificate;
d)Incorporation Certificate & memorandum of Articles (if required- For Limited firm only)
ii.Copies of last 2 (two) years Audited Financial Statement- income statement and balance sheet to indicate its financial stability, liquidity, credit standing and market reputation etc. (prepared by the external auditors- Chartered Accountant).
iii.Original Brochure of the firm.
iv.Working capital or credit facilities with a minimum amount of liquid assets of Tk. 1.5 crore.
v.Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in carrying out Feasibility Study specially in Govt. program.
vi.At least 2 (two) specific experiences (Construction related FS) within the last 3 (three) years. For proving the specific experience, the firm shall submit both Contract Agreement & Completion certificate.
vii.List of major clients including their contract reference no, contract amount & Completion status.
viii.Relevant documents in favor of logistics & organizational strength.
Name & CV of proposed key professional (Team Leader, GIS Expert & Data Analysist) with details of qualification and experience (duty signed by the respective persons & authority). |
