| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The project objective is to provide IT training to the government officers for Human Resources best practices and use of technology to manage Human Capital. The Consulting Firm will be responsible for management of local training (software) under Human Resources (HR) Management Software of Department of Social Services-Project. The Selected Consulting Firm will also prepare detail programs, arrange training materials, arrange for training schedule, arrange for welfare of trainees (accommodation and food), evaluate and monitor training report to Human Resources (HR) Management Software of Department of Social Services-Project. Training should be arranged through reputed Consulting Firm. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

Company that submits interest shall be evaluated using, but not limited to, the following minimum criteria which the company must provide documentary proof of compliance:
a) Minimum 07 years' general experience as a registered company/entity in Bangladesh;
b) Must have legal entity to enter in a contract, must have updated Trade License, updated Income Tax Certificate, TIN certificate, VAT Certificate;
c) Must have work experience in arranging IT based training in government/semi-government with minimum contract value of 02.00 (Two) Crore in a single contract over a period of last 03 (three) years with completion/performance certificate will be attached;
d) The firm should have own office and strong presence in Dhaka with well-equipped office environment, which is company profile, company brochures.
e) Yearly average turnover of the firm shall be at least Tk. 02 (three) Crore for the last 03 years audit report by register Audit firm;
f) Must have at least BDT. 02 (two) Crore as original copies of Working Capital/Liquid Asset /Bank Credit facilities to carry out the project;
g) ISO 9001 & 27001 and other relevant Certification will add value; |
