| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The consulting services (“the Services”) include but not limited to:
* Identifying the unique characteristics of the product of microenterprises and highlight them to create demand of those in the market
* Creating brand image of the product based on environment and other protocols that are followed in the production process and value chain
* Making people aware about the benefits of the safe or environment friendly products which use safe/environment friendly raw material with no harmful elements and grow sense of smartness in choosing the product
* Implementing the branding and marketing related activities of the micro-enterprises and their products etc.

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

A Consulting Firm or Joint Venture with broad and deep experience in conducting similar assignment is needed. The EOI will be reviewed based on following:
a. Overall 07 (seven) years of experience in the field of launching products or brands or services nationally
b. Have experience of launching at least 02 products or brands in the last 04 years
c. Should have experience in branding of RMG (Ready-Made Garments) and leather products
d. Experience on full fledged marketing and brand campaign implementation (360 degree campaign)

? Press/Print media
? Digital (Facebook, and other digital)
? Events/Activation
? Outdoor (shop sign, Billboards)
? Trade marketing (Shelving and Space management in outlets)
e. Experience of dealing with social clients, NGOs in developing strategies and implementing campaign at grass root level will be added advantage
f. Demonstrated experience in product selling. (Submit route to market plan of any product and Outlet coverage report)
g. Demonstrated experience in organizing events and fairs (events and activation, dealer meet, retail meet, concert, and door to door campaign)
h. Demonstrated experience in PR and media coverage (Need to submit paper cutting and evidences)
i. Demonstrated experience to connect with modern trade and visual merchandising in outlets (Submit copy of previous contract)
j. Demonstrated experience in preparing communication material and impart training on technical issues of sub-sector
k. Must have valid Trade License, TIN, and VAT Certificate
l. Availability of appropriate professional skill among staff
m. Financial health of the Firm
n. Availability of other resources |

A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method set out in the World Bank Procurement Regulations.
