| Brief Description of Assignment |

To establish an underground distribution network by replacing the existing overhead distribution network at Gazipur City Corporation & adjacentarea in Gazipur District under Gazipur Palli Bidyut Samity-1.
The main objectives of the project:
1. To determine the requirement, location, capacity etc. of underground distribution network of Gazipur City Corporation & To establish an underground distribution network by replacing the existing overhead distribution network at Gazipur City Corporation & adjacentarea in Gazipur District under Gazipur Palli Bidyut Samity-1 are to meet up the projected demand up to 2041.
2. To prepare plan for modern and automated underground Electricity Distribution Network of Gazipur City Corporation & To establish an underground distribution network by replacing the existing overhead distribution network at Gazipur City Corporation & adjacentarea in Gazipur Palli Bidyut Samity-1 area like modern city in the world.
3. To ensure uninterrupted, reliable, affordable & efficient power supply through building reliable distribution system.
4. To reduce system loss of the distribution system. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

1. The Consulting Firms should have at least 10 years experience on underground distribution network of electrical consultancy services with at least 02 (two) electrical consultancy projects having minimum total contract amount of $150000 (US Dollar Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Only) as on the date of EOI submission.
2. Annual average turn over is $250000 (US Dollar Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Only) in last 03 (three) years.
3. The following criteria will be considered for short-listing.
a) Establishment of the firm.
b) Qualification of the firm
C) Availability of the key staff
d) Physical resources
e) Experience in power distribution system
f) Overall experience
g) Specific experience |

EOI must be submitted separately in three sets (one original and two photocopy) in hard copy on or before the specified date & time to the office of undersigned, and be clearly marked Request for expressions of Interest (EOI) mentioning the name of the PBS. The proposal (applications) will be opened on 20/02/2022 at 3:00 PM Bangladesh local time in presence of the representatives of the EOI applicant (if any).
Detail scope of the work will be available in the TOR which can be downloaded from the website of Gazipur PBS-1 (pbs1.gazipur.gov.bd)
The firm will be short-listed in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulation (PPR)-2008
