| Brief Description of Assignment |

1. Design Engineer cum Deputy Team Leader (01 One)
*A qualified Civil Engineer with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a post-graduate qualification will be an added advantage.
*At least 15 years of working experience in planning, design, construction and maintenance of rural infrastructures projects in Bangladesh (like roads, bridges & culverts, markets & Ghats, different protective works and school cum flood shelter against natural calamities due to climate change to ensure environmental sustainability).
*With knowledge management capability especially on climate resilient issues and structural design in vulnerable areas and work experience in Haor/coastal/flood affected riverine region-based development project(s).
*Relevant experience in foreign aided projects will also be an added advantage.
2. Livelihood Specialist (01 One)
*The Livelihood Specialist should be Masters in Development Studies, Social Science/Study, Business Administration, Economics, Social marketing and preferably professionally trained and evidently proven in promoting sustainable livelihoods with alternative Income Generation Activities and especially in Vocational Skill.
*at least 15-year experience in wide range of job sector analysis, understanding of alternative IGA in diverse sectors in rural context, and microfinance based micro-enterprise development along with other livelihoods promotion for the rural poor.
*Relevant experience in foreign aided projects will also be an added advantage.
3. Market Design & Planner (01 (One)
*A qualified Rural Market Planner with a bachelor’s degree in Urban & Rural Planning, Architecture or related field; and a relevant post-graduate qualification will be an advantage.
*At least 12 (twelve) years of work experience in rural market master planning, design, architectural
drawings, construction & maintenance, data collection, data analysis, conducting participatory workshops to collect users’ views and incorporating those in designs.
*S/he will be stationed in the PMU but frequent visit to construction sites is required. GIS-Unit will facilitate his/her work and s/he will work in close collaboration with the unit in charge of the GIS-Unit concerning mapping aspects.
