INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
a) The consultant will provide prepared web based Applications as per the requirement of the client for e-Training.
b) The consultant will assist Enumerator & Supervisor through online chatting tools or other ways for the use of the web application in his/her device during the e-training period.
c) The Consultant will arrange an online test using web-based application software to train up around 5,00,000 data collectors & Supervisors for final data collection.
d) To develop e-training materials, ONE training video tutorial, online evaluation test form, along with all training related materials.
e) The Consultant will organize an inception workshop program where around 200 Participants (s) will enroll from BBS, SID, etc. for giving input for better and smooth operations of Online Training Software.
f) The Consultant will develop an e-training strategy plan with the consultation of the PHC 2021 Project, BBS.
g) The Consultant will prepare a Training Module with the collaboration of the PHC 2021 Project, BBS.
h) The Consultant will implement the assigned responsibility with the consultation of the PHC 2021 Project, BBS. |

The firm will directly report to the Project Director. The firm will work with the project team under the supervision of Project Director as well.
1)
Qualification Criteria:
a) General: i) The firm/consultant must have BASIS registration. ii) Firm must provide Completion Certificate to proving the experiences. iii) Must be a Bangladeshi firm having up-to-date valid trade license, TIN and VAT registration.
b) Experience: i) Firm must have experiences of minimum 5 (Five) different training content development (audio/video related) including government organization. ii) Minimum 5 (Five) years of experience in providing online based training including government organization. iii) Minimum 8 (Eight) years of general experience. |

Remuneration: A contract will be signed for 02 (approx.) months with the selected candidate as per PPA 2006 and PPR 2008. Remuneration will be paid in local currency (BDT).
Duration of the Contract: Tenure of employment will be initially for approx. 02 (Two) months or till the end of June, 2024, which one ends earlier. The duration may be extended subject to the approval of the competent authority.
