Individual Consultants (01 to 03)
01. Consultant (Network Management) (IT) [Nos.-04]: The purpose of this consultation service is to provide assistance in developing the IT systems/software for “Strengthening of government video conferencing platform Project ". Preparing ToR, monitoring the progress of implementation of the project, coordinating with the vendors and other stakeholders of public and private sector, preparing different kinds of reports and helping to maintain the deadline.
02. Technical Associate (IT) [Nos.-19]: The purpose of this consultation service is to assist in project implementation, documentation and logistics activities. Facilitate the different meeting preparation, writing minutes, coordination with public and private sector stakeholders, including relevant information collection, coordination and logistic support. Prepare different project management reports etc.
03. Project Associate [Nos.-01]: The purpose of this consultation service is to assist in project implementation, documentation and logistics activities. Facilitate the different meeting preparation, writing minutes, coordination with public and private sector stakeholders, including relevant information collection, coordination and logistic support. Prepare different project management reports etc. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

01. Consultant (Network Management) (IT) Applicants should have minimum bachelors degree in CS / CSE / ECE / EEE, However no public examination can have less than 2.5 CGPA or 3rd Division/class. Minimum five (05) years experience in video Conference operation and network management and maintenance. Candidates Must have any of the following two professional certifications: CCNA, CCNP, BCNE, JNCIA, HCIA (VC), HICA (Routing & Switching).
02. Technical Associate (IT): Applicants should have minimum bachelors degree in CS / CSE / ECE / EEE, However no public examination can have less than 2.5 CGPA or 3rd Division/class. Minimum three (03) years experience in video Conference operation and network management and maintenance. Candidates Must have any of the following one professional certifications: CCNA, CCNP, BCNE, JNCIA, HCIA (VC), HICA (Routing & Switching).
03. Project Associate : A minimum bachelors degree in accounting or CA Completed in a CA firm with no 3rd division or below 2.5 CGPA in any public exam. Minimum 03 years of working experience in accounting in a reputed organization or Government and good knowledge about the budget allocation, fund release, financial management and communication through official letters according to the rules of Bangladesh Government also good communication skill both in English and Bengali. |

Applicants shall have to submit EOI with their CV and forwarding letter in sealed envelope labeled with Individual Consultant for one of the above mentioned positions under “Strengthening of Government Video Conferencing Platform” Project to the following address.
