INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
Under this assignment consultant will render following services (but not limited to):
i. To conduct digital topographic survey of proposed location.
ii. To conduct sub-soil investigation of proposed location.
iii. To prepare architectural design, drawings of proposed multipurpose complex.
iv. To prepare geometric design, drawings of bosila intersection considering present and future traffic volume and pedestrian demand.
v. To prepare detailed engineering drawings for foundation works, structural works, electro-mechanical works, plumbing works, etc. of proposed multipurpose complex.
vi. To prepare detailed engineering drawings of bosila intersection considering present and future traffic volume and pedestrian demand with detailed estimates.
vii. To prepare 3D animations, 3D perspective views, etc. of proposed multipurpose complex and Bosila intersection development.
viii. To prepare detailed estimates of foundation works, structural works, electro-mechanical works, plumbing works, etc. proposed multipurpose complex.
ix. To conduct detailed feasibility study for multipurpose complex and Bosila intersection improvement including Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA), Social Impact Assessment (SIA), and other assessments (if required).
x. To present the findings of feasibility study report in different meetings in DNCC.
xi. To arrange and participate in coordination meetings with stake holders.

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

The consulting firm shall have a general experience of at least 5 (five) years and practical experience with proven assignment record in similar type of structures in our country or abroad. The EOI shall be evaluated on the basis of the following documents:
1. Registration of firm.
2. Age of the firm (years in relevant business).
3. Availability of the key professionals for conducting similar type of assignments.
4. Financial resources of the consulting firm (Turnover of last five years) supported by audit report for the last 3 (three) years.
5. Experience of the firm in similar task/assignments (example of past experience of similar nature and for complexity including cost and duration of the assignment).
6. Experience of the firm in other works (example of past experience of similar nature and for complexity including cost and duration of the assignment).
7. Support services of the firm (office space, supporting staff, and equipment).
8. Financial statement supported by audit report for the last 3 (three) years. |

a) Interested firms shall submit expression of interest (EOI) to the DNCC within the given time frame. The EOI’s will be evaluated according to the provisions of the PPR- 2008 Guidelines.
b) In a case where more than one firm forming a consortium to enhance their qualifications, the lead firm should submit the EOI. They should outline the rationale for the proposed consortium, and describe how the work will be coordinated; managed, and quality control assured. They should have proven track records of management and financial solvency. |
