| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
1. Proposed Land Mapping and Collection of Necessary Records of Land including Khatiyan/Record of Rights etc.
2. Setting Benchmark by using Global Positioning System (GPS)
3. Specification of proposed land boundary and setting peripheral pillars.
4. Preparing Field Book comprising Mouza Based Plots, Structures, Buildings, Ponds, Trees, Terrains etc.
5. Making Digital Survey with Drone Technology, Aerial Mapping with video and photo shooting. Making 3D presentation.
6. Collection of NOC from concerned Authorities including Local Government and Administration.
7. Accomplishment of Land Topographical Survey.
8. Preparing the proposal for aforementioned Land Acquisition.
9. Regular monitoring of acquisition process with utmost priority. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

1. The Applicant Firm should have at least 5 (five) year work experience in survey consultancy and should have accomplished at least 1(one) similar work in public sector during preceding 2(two) years.
2. 12 (twelve) surveyors and 4 (four) kanungos should have at least 5 (five) year work experience individually.
3. The Applicant Firm should have updated certificate on survey from Survey of Bangladesh.
4. Drone Piloting Approval and Drone Operator Certification from CAAB are required. |
