Objectives:
1. To review existing curricula and identify areas of improvement
2. To prepare a stakeholders mapping entitled to develop, review and amend medical curricula
3. To recommend approaches to establish consensus on proposed changes across the curriculum

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

The service provider shall be a Consulting Organization/Institution focused on the field of health care service and system having demonstrated expertise in evaluating programmes or undertaking research.
The applicant organization/institution
i. Must be a registered Company.
ii. Must have Tax Identification Number, Business Identification Number and up to date Income Tax Certificates (Submitted return), and not declared Bankrupt/Ineligible/Banned by the Court
iii. Must NOT bear any record of non-compliance with any procurement entity.
Academic background of the key team members:
Team Lead
I. Team lead must be a medical graduate with MPH, (PhD would be of high preference).
II. At least 5 years of experience at national level in health systems research focusing on issues around gender in health
III. Demonstrated experience of conducting research on gender analysis of medical education.
IV. Strong track record in qualitative assessments and conducting HH survey.
V. Demonstrated experience of working with Government, INGO, Development Partners especially in the area of health system strengthening.
VI. Previously engaged with the formulation process of national level policy/strategy document, evaluation of any national level health program.
VII. Publications of Team Leader as first author on gender analysis of curricula of medical education.
VIII. Skills in facilitation of stakeholder engagement/workshops.
Health System Expert
i. Medical doctor with post graduate degree in healthcare management.
ii. At least 3 years' experience as a health system specialist.
iii. In-depth knowledge of best practices in health system management and health regulations.
iv. Experience in research and data analysis.
Nursing Faculty Member
i. Post Graduate degree in Nursing
ii. At least 3 years' experience as a Nursing faculty member.
iii. Details understanding of nursing best practices.
