| Brief Description of Assignment |

The firm will conduct impact evaluation according to approved Terms of References (ToR). The objective of this assignment to conduct impact evaluation of the project titled “Bangladesh Marine Fisheries Capacity Building Project (3rd revised)” in all aspects in collaboration with project personnel and all potential stakeholders. The findings of the proposed study will provide evidences on the effectiveness of the project and the recommendations made by the consulting firm would be a guideline to sustain the project’s outcome and help making evidence based development policy in future. |

(a) At least 03 years experience in conducting research or relevant (impact evaluation) studies. |

Interested Firms are hereby invited to submit Expression of Interest(EoI) containing printed brochures (showing organizational identity, details of professionalism for the task assigned, strength of professionals and firms and background), Valid Documents, bank solvency showing managerial and financial standing (according to PPA 2006 and PPR 2008), Legal Trade license, VAT Registration Certificate, Valid TIN Certificate, Nationality Certificate of Authorized person, Voter ID Card of authorized person.
