| Brief Description of Assignment |

a. Carry out digital topographic survey of the khals and find the actual boundary as per C.S & R.S.
b. Identify the illegal structure, inside the boundary of the khals.
c. All Architectural, Structural, Electrical, plumbing & others drawing minimum requirements as mentioned in scope of work components.
d. Assess functional and architectural needs of DSCC and holding Information Exchange Meeting (IEM) with DSCC management personnel and stakeholders regarding different need and functions;
e. According to survey for capturing Site-Plan and surrounding features; where the consultant may propose alternative options resulting optimum benefit for DSCC.
