| Brief Description of Assignment |

a) To update the existing Pourashava Master Plan bring about significant improvement in the quality of life of Pourashava people through provisioning of government services and facilities in most planned way. b) To address national, regional and local changes which impacted the Pourashava in recent times. c) To revise/update time expired plans of the Pourashava d) To position/situate the Pourashava prudently for reaping the benefits of regional and national scale economic activities within greater region. e) To address/review climate resilience and DRR for the Pourashava |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

The consulting firm shall have a general experience of at least 10 (ten) years of which at least five years’ experience in the preparation of town masterplan related consulting service. The EOI shall be evaluated on the basis of the following documents:
1. General Experience of the Firm(s); 2. Experience in similar projects of compatible size, complexity and technical speciality in the required area; 3. Finincial soundness of the firm and 4. Staffing and logistics of the firm.
Consultants are requested to submit the supporting documents in support of the above-mentioned criteria. (a) Registration paper of the firm(s); (b) JV agreement/ letter of intent (if applicable) (c) Firm brochure; (d) Audited financial report for last three years; (e) Service experience record (including nature, total cost, total input in terms on man months, employer, location of service etc). Key experts will not be evaluated at the short-listing stage.
