Expression of Interest for Firm Selection for Census week Lighting/ Hiring Display for City Corporation areas |

Qualification Criteria:
a) General: The firm is expected to have organizational strengths having a well set of functional personnel to implement the assigned work in all City Corporations area across the country at a time.
b) Experience: i) The firm must have at least 10 years of experience in event management work.
Scope of Services: Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
a) The firm will be responsible for hiring & lighting (Standard Size) digital display in most visible places in City Corporation areas where mass people gather. Proper location of the digital display will be finalized after consultation with Project Team. At least 20 digital display boards will be activated in Dhaka City Corporation, 10 digital display boards in Chattogram City Corporation & at least 3 digital display boards in remaining City corporations within specified timeline.
b) The firm will be responsible for lighting of Parishankhan Bhaban, Planning Commission North & South Gates, Zero Point (near GPO), Sapla Chattor circle at Motijheel, SAARC Foara circle, Doel Chattar etc. in Dhaka City. At least 2 locations for lighting in remaining City corporations within specified timeline.
c) The firm will be responsible for Road & Island decoration & lighting of at least 10 Locations in Dhaka City (Bijoy Sarani, Planning Commision (in front of BICC) etc.), 4 locations in Chattogram city & at least 2 locations in remaining City Corporations within specified timeline.
d) Moreover, the firm will be responsible to complete any other activities within assignment as per Project requirement.
e) The firm will be accountable to provide services in all city corporation areas across the country. |

Remuneration: A contract will be signed for 02 months with the selected candidate as per PPA 2006 and PPR 2008. Remuneration will be paid in local currency (BDT).
Duration of the Contract: Tenure of employment will be initially for 02 (Two) months or till the end of June, 2024, which one ends earlier. The duration may be extended subject to the approval of the competent authority. |
