| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
Brief objectives of this assignment are to assess people's satisfaction about: (a) The project performance on selected Results Framework Indicators as well as focusing on change in forest management by creating space for community stewardship and increased access to livelihood of forest dependent communities; (b) Changes in forest governance with respect to the formation and operation of Collaborative Forest Management Committees (CFMC), communities' engagement during Site-Specific Planning and feedback mechanism of social auditing; (c) Peoples' knowledge and attitudes towards forest restoration, ecosystem service benefits, wildlife protection, habitat management and response to climate actions; |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

The required qualification and experience of the firm/firms are as follows: (i) A registered consulting firm with 10 years of working experience in natural resource management; (ii) Specific experience of minimum 03 years in conducting social survey; (iii) Experience in conducting Social Satisfaction Survey will be preferred; (iv) Evidences on the experience of Forest Management/ Social Forestry/Protected Area Co-management will be treated as added advantage; (v) Experience of working under donor funded projects will be an added advantage; (vi) The consulting firm will have sufficient and relevant managerial, financial and organizational capabilities and logistics for the assignment; |
