Bangladesh Police taking an initiative to automate a Personnel Information Management System (PIMS) with ICT solutions. PIMS (Personnel Information Management system) for Bangladesh police is one of the main components of police. Bangladesh police are managing all human resources through this database. The automation process will surely ensure the consistency that concerns with obtaining, organizing, utilizing, and motivating the human resources, develops management culture to promote the effective effort of cooperation and trust to attain legal obligations and social responsibilities. In a nutshell, the Next-generation personnel information management system aims at getting effective results by organizing and directing the co-operative efforts of the members of the organization.
Scope of work:
To meet the diversified requirements of the organization and considering the growth of the Bangladesh Police in the near future and to ensure business continuity and high availability this project should ensure the following:
a) System design, development, implementation, testing & deployment of Online Personnel Information Management System (PIMS) as per requirements of Bangladesh Police.
b) Installation, configuration, and commissioning of PIMS Modules as per requirements of Bangladesh Police.
c) Perform data migration from existing application.
d) Integrate with other stakeholders and third-party applications.
e) 01(One) year operation & maintenance service after full commencement of software.
f) Handling sound operation & maintenance of the PIMS system through administrative level & operational level training.

? Statement of accomplished Software Development in similar fields for last 05 years;
? Experience of works conducted in same kind of working environment and circumstances.
? Statement of skilled and professionally competent workforce of the firm, availability of wealth in accomplishing the work.
? The bidder shall submit a brief power point/PDF presentation in a CD/DVD demonstrating the technical and operational workflow of the proposed system. The CD/DVD must be clearly marked with the bidder’s name and the EOI reference number.
? Organization brochure containing fields of expertise and advantages;
? The firm shall have experience of at least 05 years of providing Software Development in Bangladesh Police, Army, Navy, Air force or any Gov. Organizations.
? The firm must have experience of accomplishing the relevant Software Development at national or international level;
? The bidder shall have sound financial standing supported by appropriate bank solvency certificate.
? Bidder must submit update VAT, TIN, Trade License & Solvency Certificate.
