| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
To meet the challenges of continuous expansion of gas system network, there is a dire need of automation of gas transmission and distribution and its installations, which may facilitate in better planning, development, management, analysis, maintenance and operation of existing and forthcoming pipeline networks along with land base information.
In the prevailing situation, Petrobangla planned to engage Consulting Firm for Consultancy Services for implementing the Automation of Transmission and Distribution gas pipelines and its installations to perform various activities
such as Load Balancing, Future Planning i.e. Determination of future Pipeline Size, Leak Detection, System Control, Data Acquisition, GIS, System Loss, Gas Metering, Gas Billing etc. efficiently and effectively. The consulting firm shall perform their tasks considering individual distribution companies (TGTDCL, BGDCL, JGTDSL, KGDCL, PGCL, SGCL) activities as well as activities of Gas Transmission Company Limited i.e GTCL.

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

The applicant should have the minimum following experiences:
? 05 years overall experience in Consultancy services.
? Consultancy works related to gas infrastructure and or similar other projects (roads/water/railway/power transmission grid).
? Consultancy works related to SCADA system design.
? Consultancy works related to GIS mapping of utility organizations.
? Consultancy works related to online billing system of utility organizations.
? Consultancy works related to system improvement/automation of gas sector.
Consultancy works experience in South-East Asia region will be encouraged. |

The expression of interest must comprise the following:
i) Covering letter.
ii) Letter of Association/JVCA (if any)
iii) Company profile.
iv) Experience details as mentioned above.
v) Bank solvency certificate.
vi) Availability of appropriate skilled staffs list of relevant professional, their qualification and experience.
vii) Audit report/ Turnover report for last 3 years.
Only short-listed consulting firm will be called to participate in the request for proposal (RFP).
Interested consulting firm will be required to submit the EOI (3 copies). one (01) Original, Two(2) copies in closed envelop marked with EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR SELECTION OF CONSULTING FIRM on all working day (Sunday to Thursday) between 0900 and 1600 hrs. (BST) at Project Office, Investigation and Study Project Division, Petrobangla, Level-4, Petrocenter, 3 Kawran Bazar C/A, Dhaka-1215 before the EOI closing date & time with soft copy in CD-Rom.
Any application submitted later than the specific date and time or submitted through e-mail/fax will not be entertained.
