2. To carry out Consultancy services for Topographic survey during its assignment Period.
3. To carry out traffic data survey for construction of service lane
4. To carry out Detailed Design and estimates with feasibility study report for Constructions of Carriage way & Service Lane for Nabinagar-EPZ-Kalikair (Chandra) (N-540) Highway from Balibhadra to Chandra”
5. Detailed design of Chandra interchanges.
6. Detailed design of underpass, soil investigation of carriage way & service lane.
7. Transfer of Knowledge. |

Interested Firm(s) must provide information in dictating that they are qualified to perform the services (Brochures, registrations, profile, availability of appropriate skills/experts among staff etc.) The EOl's will be evaluated on the basis of the following to prepares shortlist:
1. Registration of the firm(s);
2. Background of the firm (s) (limited to two pages);
3. General & overall experiences of the firm(s) (limited to two pages);
4. Summary of similar projects / services completed in last 5 years with total professional man-month.
i. Experience in Service lanes, drains, footpath, flexible & rigid pavement etc.
ii. Feasibility study of at least 40Km 4-Lane highway with service lanes including detail design of underpass
iii. Experience in detail design of flyovers and interchange
5. Average Annual Turn Over of the firm(s)during the last 3 years (Audited financial reports of the firm(s) for the last 3years);
6. Availability or appropriate skills/experts among staff demonstrated capacity to handle such assignment in terms of resources;
7. VAT& IT certificates. |

Interested firm(s) will be required to submit the EOI in closed format mentioning the name and address of the applicant, EOI no. & date and be addressed to the EOI issuing Authority in 3(three) copies; 01(One) marked as "ORIGINAL" and other 2(two) as "COPY" in separate envelope in the form of book binding, Both the "ORIGINAL" and "COPY" shall have to cover within a single envelope to the address below before the EOI closing date & time. The applicant shall mention the page no. serially in every page of submitted EOI document. EOI will be opened on 17-01-2021 just after closing time. In case of any unavoidable circumstances such as strike, civil commotion, Govt. declared holiday etc, EOIs will be received and opened on the following working day. Upon receipt of EOIs the interested firm(s) those are deemed best suited to perform the assignment will be short-listed. There after Request for Proposal (RFP) document will be issued to the short-listed firm(s). The consulting firm(s) will be selected based on Quality & Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method in accordance with the procedures set out in the PPR 2006 and PPR 2008 of GOB.
a. Interested firms may associate with other firms (Local or Foreign) to enhance their qualifications but should mention whether the association in the form of “Joint Venture” or “Sub-Consultancy”. In case of association all member of such “association” should have real and well defined input of assignment.
b. In addition to the above the JV shall have to indicate all documents mentioned in “Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity required” collectively.
c. The lead partner shall not authorize any other partner to sign the proposal document/contract document.
6 (six) month from the date of signing the contract.
