Digitization of Ashrayan-2 Project will consist of both web application and mobile apps (android & iOS). Total system will be divided into 6 major modules listed below:
1. Internal File System
2. Info of major activities of project
3. Family rehabilitations
4. List of authorized projects by Honorable prime Minister
5. Information on current status of projects (e.g. allocated food grains, completed soil work, Commissioned barracks and started barrack construction, ponds project, ghatal, community center, electricity NO, etc )
6. Information regarding the implementation of the promises made by the Hon’ble Prime Minister.

Company that submits tender shall be evaluated using, but not limited to, the following minimum criteria which the company must provide documentary:
1. Minimum 5 years experience in ICT businesses a registered company/ entity in Bangladesh.
2. Must have 4 years multiple practical experience of Managed IT Service as Well as Development web-based similar public service delivery type Ashryan-2 Project solution as major or provide for Government Autonomous body or Multinational Organization (Not Private Company Only) of Bangladesh
3. Must be the member of BASIS.
4. Needs to have full time experienced human resource in business to cry out this project.
