INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |

The overall objective of the services shall cover but not limited to the following scope :
a) Completion of survey works, Detail Architectural Drawing & Design, Detail Structural Drawing & Design, 3D Architectural View, BoQ (Bill of Quantity), Estimate & Schedule, Detail Electrical, Plumbing, and Electromechanical Design, Preparation of Tender Documents, Supervision of construction works etc.
b) Providing support & assist client understanding Local Environment, Climate, Social Content regarding compliance issues on relevant laws, by laws and codes relegated to such development works and uses
c) Submission of all reports and drawing in printed form at least 06 (six) set along with the soft copy (executable soft copy).

This is a project of utmost importance to develop SUST, Sylhet to an international standard one in every respect. Bidder must have adequate technical ability resource, human resources, etc. as much following are defined as minimum eligibility criteria :
i) Interested consultant are invited to provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (Brochure, Description of similar assignment, Experience in similar operating conditions, availability professional qualification and experience among staff, etc.)
ii) Minimum 10 (ten) years experience as Consultant in Detail Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Detail Plumbing and Electromechanical, Fire-fighting and safety, Telecom, Networking Drawing & Design, Detail Drawing & Design of 3D Architectural View, BoQ, Estimate & Schedule, Preparation of Tender Documents and implementation of Multi Storied/ High Rise Building (more than 10 storied building construction project) registered as company/entity in Bangladesh.
iii) Must submit valid Trade License, Income Tax & VAT Certificates as of latest Govt. order.
iv) Needs to have full-time experienced human resources in drawing, design & other related works in connection to multistoried and high-rise buildings.
v) A complete list of accomplished works during the last ten (10) years is to be submitted along with the details contact address of the project. A shortlist of consultants will be prepared upon evaluation of EOIs of the eligible applicants and “Request for Proposal” documents will be issued in their favor.
vi) The interested firm may collect Term of Reference (ToR) from the Engineering Office, SUST, Sylhet.
