Bangladesh Petroleum Exploration & Production Company Limited (BAPEX, A Company of Petrobangla) proposes to under take the project on a turn-key basis. with the contractor to be responsible for the detailed design. supply. delivery, erection. testing and commissioning of the wellhead compressor facilities. The role of the consultant in this process is to assist BAPEX in assuring that all steps are undertaken properly. so that the completed compressor facilities will deliver the performance. reliability, and operational flexibility specified. The assistance covers preparing technical specifications and bidding documents; support of the bidding process and bid evaluation: verifying contractors' design and modifications thereof: ensuring environmental standards during construction: oversight of construction from the owner's perspective; and oversight of the testing and commissioning of the compressors and associated facilities from the owner's perspective: taking over the facilities including issuance of provisional acceptance certificates. Consultant will use his own appropriate software & hardware for fulfill the scope of work. The assignment includes 32 N{an-Month (Mechanical Engg.-I4 MM, Electrical Engineer-12 MM. Process Engineer-3 MM. Civil/Structural Engineer-3 MM) for international consultant and 50 Man-Month (Mechanical Engg.-1,{ MM. ElectricalEngineer-12 MM. Process Engineer-14 MM. Civil/Structural Engineer-10 MM) for national consultant which will be required within project period (Proposed January'2021 to June 2023). |

a) Consulting services related to oil and gas projects, design and installation wellhead compressors. project management for last 20 (twenty) years home and overseas experience.
