Design and Construction Supervision of following works:
04 Nos. of 04 (Four) Storied Officers and Staff Quarter Building at Sheikh Hasina Water Treatment Plant Premises at Rangunia, Distribution Centre (Zonal MOD Offices) at Jubilee Road, Patenga and CWASA House in Dampara.
The Scope of Work:
Architectural, Structural, Plumbing, Electro-Mechanical Design and drawing, Cost Estimate (BOQ), Tender Document, Tender assistance and Construction Supervision of the 04 Nos. 04 (Four) Storied Officers and Staff Quarter at Sheikh Hasina Water Treatment Plant at Rangunia including Boundary Wall, Distribution Centre (Zonal MOD Offices) at Jubilee Road, Patenga and CWASA House in Dampara

The consultant must have satisfactory experience (Minimum 10 years) of providing Consultancy Services for planning, designing, supervision and successful completion of similar type of structures as mentioned above. |

The Expression of Interest must include the following information that would lead in preparing short listing:
(a) Background of the Firm(s) with brochures etc.
(b) General and Overall experience of the Firm(s).
(c) Experience in similar projects of comparable size, complexity and technical specialty of the Firm(s) in the required area.
(d) Annual Turnover of the Firm(s) for the last 05 (five) years along with audit reports.
(e) Nature, total cost, total inputs in terms of man-month indicating area of expertise, employer, and location of the similar works in hand, if any.
(f) Summary of permanent professionals with key qualifications in the fields of major components of the project as well as scope of the work as mentioned in Serial No-15.
