| Brief Description of Assignment |

The firm will conduct a study according to approved TOR. The objective of this assignment is to conduct impact evaluation of the project “1.8 Million Consumer Connection Through Rural Electrification Expansion Project (2nd Revised)” in all aspects in collaboration with project personnel and all related stakeholders. The findings of the proposed study will show the effectiveness of the project, investigate the strength, weakness, opportunities and threats of the Project, test the quality of the physical works done under the project and the impact of the project upon the socio-economic area of the consumer lives. |
