INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |

The farm will conduct in-depth monitoring depending on approved ToR. The objective of this assignment to conduct in-depth monitoring of the operational plan (OP) “Clinical Contraception Services Delivery Programme (CCSDP)” in all aspects in collaboration with OP personnel, concern ministry/division, agencies and all potential stakeholders. The findings of the proposed study will show the effectiveness of the OP, how far changes created and how the livelihood of beneficiaries as well as in the society is benefitted due to the OP. The consulting farm will also identify the limitations, challenges or shortfall in OP implementation. Based on the finding, the recommendations made by the consulting farm would be a guideline to direct the project on right track and help to implement similar project in future. |
