INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The consulting services include; Finalization of design and specifications, Cost estimate, Scrutinizing of drawing design, construction supervision, Assist in test trial and assist in acceptance of waste collection, oil spill management & other ancillary crafts and port reception facility with other accessories and preparation of tender document.
Field of expertise shall be in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering, Civil & Environmental Engineering/Expert, Port planning & Navigation Experts, etc. Estimated staff-months, no. of professional staffs and field of expertise with necessary experiences will be finalized before issuance of RFP document.

Interested Consulting firms are invited to provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform Services (brochure of firms, description of similar assignments, experience in similar operation conditions, availability of appropriate professional qualification and experience among staff, etc.)
The EOI must contain the following documents:
(1) Application for Expression of Interest;
(2) Company Profile & Brochures
(3) Updated Copy of Trade License,
(4) Copy of TIN Certificate
(5) Copy of Past Year (2019-20) Income Tax Return Certificate
(6) Copy of VAT registration certificate
(7) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or
credit facility shall be Tk. 150.00 lac. A bank solvancy
certificate of current/running month to be submitted with EoI.
(8) Age of Firm minimum 05 years;
(9) Consulting Experiences of the firm within last 05 years
(minimum 03 nos.);
(10) Details of all ongoing task & time period for completion of
each work (if any);
(11) Experience of ship construction and civil work minimum 05
years;
(12) Experienced & Professional manpower for each area including
professional staff with experience of feasibility study,
environmental study, drawing/design or construction
supervision of service vessel is preferred for this assignment;
(13) Availability of resources (Manpower, equipment, software
etc.);
(14) Letter of Intent/association has to be submitted if jointly
applied.
(15) Supporting documents have to be attached for all criteria
(1-14).
Note: EoI should be submitted in a sealed envelope with one
original + one copy mentioned on the top of the envelope on
or before 18/08/2020 12:00 PM
