g. Feasibility Study and Report Preparation

i. Preparation of Tender Document and BOQ
j. Supervision during construction.

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

a. The EOI should summarize the diversified project experiences of the firm.
b. Completion certificates & contract documents of related works which should be annexed to the EOI.
c. The EOI should demonstrate the availability of pool of qualified and experienced engineers, architects and professionals with the firm. (attach detail CVs and related documents of key technical experts signed by the organization)
i) At least 10 years of overall and relevant experiences on design, drawing, estimate, construction supervision and quality control of Building construction works of estimated cost 10 crore.
ii) Completed at least two similar/relevant projects in the last ten years.
D. General Experience in the field of Architectural consultancy services must be of at least 10 years.
E. Experience in providing consultancy service of any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous body/NGO/Private bank Funded project (minimum work order value Tk. 10 crore BDT).

b. Completion certificates & contract documents of related works.
c. The firm will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the PPR-2008.
